Yes. We support participants with daily personal activities including showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility around the home, medication prompts, and meal preparation. Our support workers are trained to provide this kind of personal care with dignity, respect, and attention to your preferences and routines. Read more on our in-home support page.
Yes. We can help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, basic home organisation, and rubbish removal. Support is shaped around your routine and how much help you want, some participants want a worker to do tasks alongside them to build independence, others prefer the tasks done for them. Both are valid.
Yes. We support participants to access community activities, attend appointments, take part in social groups, build connections with people who share their interests, and try new experiences. This can include accompanying you to events, helping you join a club or class, supporting you at sporting activities, or assisting with day-to-day errands and outings. Yes. We offer NDIS transport support including taking participants to medical appointments, work, study, social activities, errands, and community events. Transport can be arranged as part of a regular routine (e.g. weekly appointment) or for one-off trips. Funding for transport varies by plan, we can help you understand how your specific funding can be used.
Yes. We support participants who are working, looking for work, or in study at any level. This can include workplace support, help with workplace communication, building confidence with tasks and routines, organising materials, transport to and from work or study, and support with classroom or training environments. We can provide and coordinate access to therapeutic supports as part of your plan. This can include working alongside allied health professionals (occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, exercise physiologists), supporting therapy exercises and programs at home, and helping you stay consistent with therapy goals. If you don’t yet have an allied health team, we can help you find one in your area.
We can arrange community nursing supports for participants whose plans include this. Community nursing covers tasks like medication management, wound care, continence support, catheter care, PEG feeding, and other clinical supports delivered in the participant’s home. These supports must be delivered by a registered nurse, we coordinate this through qualified clinical staff.
Yes. We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) for participants who need help with daily tasks in a shared or individual living arrangement. SIL covers the personal supports, help with cooking, cleaning, personal care, getting ready in the morning, evening routines, medication, and overnight support if needed. Yes. We support participants exploring or living in an Individualised Living Option (ILO). ILO is a flexible alternative to SIL, designed around how an individual wants to live, for example, with a host family, in a co-residency arrangement, or with intermittent paid support. We can help you scope an ILO arrangement, set it up, and provide ongoing support inside it.
Yes, we can help you identify, organise, and use the right equipment and mobility supports. This includes things like grab rails, transfer aids, wheelchairs, walking frames, hospital beds, hoists, and communication devices. Equipment is usually funded through your Capital Supports budget and may require an assessment by an occupational therapist or physiotherapist, we can help coordinate that process.
Yes. We can help with planning and accessing home and vehicle modifications. Home modifications can include ramps, bathroom changes, widened doorways, accessible kitchens, and grab rails. Vehicle modifications can include hoists, hand controls, and modified seating. These supports usually require an occupational therapy assessment and are funded through your Capital Supports budget, we’ll help you understand the process and connect with the right professionals.
