With a strong commitment to participant wellbeing, Mohammad works to ensure every person feels supported, valued, and empowered to reach their potential in a way that is meaningful to them.
Colleen brings nearly three decades of experience in the disability sector, with a strong background supporting people with a wide range of needs and behaviours across residential and community settings. She is known for her calm, professional approach and her ability to create a safe, friendly, and individual-focused environment. Colleen is passionate about helping people build confidence, develop skills, and feel valued as part of their community. If a participant expresses an interest in a particular activity or event, Colleen does her best to make it happen.
Mustafa is a dedicated carer with over five years of experience supporting elderly clients in their homes. He provides compassionate care, including help with daily activities, medication management, and emotional support. Known for his reliability and warm personality, Mustafa supports clients in a way that promotes comfort, dignity, confidence, and as much independence as possible. He takes pride in creating a calm and supportive environment where people feel genuinely cared for.
Aidan has worked in the disability support industry for over three years and has experience supporting a diverse range of client needs. He has provided physical and socio-emotional support to children and young people, always focusing on wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.
