Start by contacting us with your suburb and the supports you need. We will ask a few quick questions and guide you through the next steps.
What Information Do You Need To Begin Supports?
Your suburb, the supports you are looking for, and your preferred contact details. If you know your plan type (self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed), that helps too.
What Plan Types Do You Support?
We support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. Some participants also use a combination, depending on their plan.
How Can My NDIS Funding Be Managed?
Funding can be self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed. This affects how invoices are handled and how supports are organised.
What Are The Main NDIS Budgets In My Plan?
Most plans include Core, Capacity Building, and Capital budgets. Budget labels can vary depending on your plan format, so if you are unsure, we can help you understand what you are seeing.
Can You Help Me Understand What My Plan Can Cover?
Yes. We can provide general guidance in plain language and help you understand your options. Final funding decisions depend on your plan and NDIS rules.
What Is A Service Agreement, And Do I Need One?
A service agreement sets clear expectations between you and your provider, including what supports will be delivered, when they will occur, and key terms like cancellations.
What Is A Notice Period In A Service Agreement?
A notice period is the amount of time you may need to give when changing or ending supports. It is listed in your service agreement and can vary depending on the support type.
Can I Change Providers If I’m Not Happy?
In many cases, yes. The process usually depends on your service agreement, including any notice period that applies.
Can Families, Nominees, Or Support Coordinators Contact You On My Behalf?

Do You Help With Household Tasks?
Yes. We can help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, basic home organisation, and rubbish removal. Support is shaped around your routine and how much help you want, some participants want a worker to do tasks alongside them to build independence, others prefer the tasks done for them. Both are valid.
Do You Provide Community Access And Social Participation?
Yes. We support participants to access community activities, attend appointments, take part in social groups, build connections with people who share their interests, and try new experiences. This can include accompanying you to events, helping you join a club or class, supporting you at sporting activities, or assisting with day-to-day errands and outings. Read more on our community support page.
Do You Offer Transport Support?
Yes. We offer NDIS transport support including taking participants to medical appointments, work, study, social activities, errands, and community events.
